About the role

Manage Club operations during allocated Duty Manager shifts, supervise and support staff across bars, gaming, reception and operational areas, and provide a high level of customer service to members and guests. Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, liquor licensing and Club policies, monitor patron behaviour and maintain a safe, responsible setting. Manage incidents, complaints and operational issues professionally, oversee cash handling, reconciliations and end-of-shift procedures, and assist with gaming operations, security, emergency procedures and WHS requirements.

Key responsibilities

About you
Previous supervisory or management experience in a licensed Club, hotel or hospitality venue
Current RSA and RCG
RCGO / Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling qualification preferred
Solid leadership, communication and customer service skills
Confidence dealing with difficult situations and patron management
Sound knowledge of gaming, liquor and Club compliance requirements
Strong cash handling and reconciliation experience
Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
