WE'RE HIRING – FEMALE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

The Difference is looking for a passionate Female Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team in Moffat Beach.

We're searching for someone who is:
Technique-focused and committed to coaching movement well
Passionate about strength and conditioning, not just fitness
Eager to continue learning, developing, and levelling up their coaching skills
Confident coaching women of all experience levels
Energetic, qualified, and aligned with creating a supportive community

Preferred qualifications:
Cert III & IV in Fitness
ASCA accreditation (preferred)
Personal training experience (preferred)
Existing client base is a bonus, if looking to use space for personal training.

This role includes coaching group strength and conditioning classes within a growing women's-only gym, with prospects for personal training and professional development.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
