The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As Sous Chef, you will be joining a large culinary team responsible for the catering for our students.

The Role
Assist and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of all our innovative and mouth-watering culinary offerings
Manage bulk cooking production alongside occasional function and banqueting requirements
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
Ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
Pursuing and fulfilling outstanding ideas and seeking prospects for improvement




Ensure the secure production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided

The Person
Previous experience within a similar capacity gained in exciting and influential cafes, restaurants, hotels, schools and function environments
Strong emphasis on up-to-date, well-being inspired menus with a focus on visual presentation
The ability to switch from café style flair to fine-dining and function standard food
Ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanour - always!
