About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and organised Occupational Health Assistant to support our occupational health team in delivering high-quality care and promoting employee health and wellbeing. This is an excellent chance for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with occupational health assessments and screening programs.
Support health surveillance and wellness initiatives.
Prepare clinical areas and equipment for appointments.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up activities.
Provide administrative support to the occupational health team.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and confidentiality standards.

About You
Previous experience in healthcare, allied health, or administration is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.




Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
A current Working With Children Check, Police Check, or other relevant clearances may be required.

Salary

$5,000–$7,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
