The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join Oroton as we open our brand-new Sunshine Plaza Boutique in mid-October.

As part of this exciting new chapter, you’ll help bring our new boutique to life, delivering elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. You’ll bring robust styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable in-store experiences.

What You’ll Do
Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service




Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
Assist with stock flow and day-to-day boutique operations

Retail experience with a strong customer focus and proven sales results
Confident clienteling skills and a passion for styling
Ability to work effectively in a premium boutique environment
Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
A positive, polished approach and team-oriented team mindset
