Production / Packaging Operator

South-East Melbourne | Full time Permanent | Day Shift

We are currently seeking an experienced Production / Packaging Operator to join a growing team in Melbourne's South-East.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy production environment and takes pride in quality and safety.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Operating production and packaging machinery
Monitoring equipment and production processes
Replenishing materials as required
Assisting with product changeovers
Conducting quality checks
Performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments
Keeping the work area clean and organised
Following workplace health, safety and quality procedures

About You

To be successful, you will have:




Previous experience in production, manufacturing or packaging
Experience operating machinery
Good mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail
A reliable and hardworking attitude
A strong commitment to safety and quality
The ability to work well as part of a team

A forklift licence and relevant manufacturing qualifications will be highly regarded.

Monday to Friday day shifts | Permanent full time prospect
