About The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for passengers, providing seamless check-in and boarding experiences. This role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and deliver solutions with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and baggage
Providing support to passengers with special assistance needs
Directing passengers safely to gates and boarding areas
Handling missing baggage enquiries and basic admin tasks
Representing the airline and Star to the highest standard
Essential Requirements
A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) - or ability to obtain one
Experience with Aviation/Airline industry - desirable
A valid drivers licence to commute to work
Ability to perform all duties at a high standard of customer service
Caring approach to dealing with people
Transparent communication and good interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
Able to work well in a fast-paced team workplace
Manual handling procedures and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in report writing and Microsoft Office Suite
