Main duties and Responsibilities;
Payroll processing
Process end-to-end payroll in MYOB, including timesheets, leave, recent starters, terminations, adjustments and corrections.
Apply SCHADS Award conditions, including allowances, penalties, overtime and leave loading.
Tax, superannuation & reporting
Manage PAYG withholding, TFN declarations and superannuation processing and reconciliation.
Employee maintenance & salary packaging




Maintain employee payroll records and MYOB profiles, including award classifications, pay rates and employment changes.
Administer salary packaging, FBT items and salary-sacrifice superannuation via AccessPay.
Reconciliation & support
Complete payroll reconciliations and support month-end, year-end and audit activities.
Respond to payroll enquiries while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.
Manage payroll approval delegation in MYOB as required.

Qualifications
Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent relevant qualification.

Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 1 year of end-to-end payroll experience.
Sound knowledge of PAYG withholding, TFN declarations and superannuation.
Knowledge of salary packaging and salary sacrifice.
Robust Excel skills and experience with MYOB.
Solid general IT skills.

Desirable
Familiarity with SCHADS Award interpretation.
Familiarity with STP Phase 2 and Payday Super.
Experience in aged care, not-for-profit or multi-program organisations.
