Buildsafe Australia is seeking a hands-on recruiter to fill field-based roles across Queensland, focusing on blue-collar positions such as Labourers, Yard Hands and Scaffolders. You’ll conduct phone interviews, connect with candidates, and partner with operational leaders to fill critical roles.

Work can be hybrid after training, with a permanent part time schedule (25–30 hours per week) at the Arundel Head Office.
