Salary: $93,000 - $98,000 + Superannuation
Roster: 14 Days On, 7 Days Off
Location: FIFO from Rockhampton, QLD

We're currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

The Role
Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services
Work in a high-volume catering workplace
Maintain food safety and HACCP standards
Deliver consistent quality and presentation
Work as part of a supportive kitchen team

These are FIFO roles from Rockhampton on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
FIFO,



DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential
Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
