We're recruiting for an organised and proactive Committees Executive to join a highly respected membership organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, committee coordination and keeping projects running smoothly in a professional, team-oriented environment.

The Role
Coordinating committee meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
Building solid relationships with committee members and industry stakeholders
Supporting governance activities, elections and committee projects
Planning meetings, workshops and member events
Providing high-level administrative support across multiple committees
Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding member experiences

About You
Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Legislation
Previous experience in committee or board administration, stakeholder engagement or executive support
A current NSW Real Estate Licence
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and industry professionals
Experience within a membership organisation or professional association will be highly regarded
