Job Description

About Smiles Chatswood is seeking a dedicated dental receptionist to join on a part time basis, four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) with one to two Saturdays per month, in Chatswood. You'll be the first face our patients see and will help create a warm, qualified experience from arrival.

Greet patients, manage check-in/out and appointments, handle calls and emails, process payments and assist with billing.
