NTT DATA, Inc. in Sydney seeks an experienced Network Operations Specialist to own day-to-day operational performance of our enterprise network. The role covers LAN, WAN, Cisco SD-WAN, wireless and security, with responsibility for incident response, governance and continuous improvement.

You will lead major incident responses, drive problem management and coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure high availability and service quality in a demanding 24x7 setting.
