Job Description

NSW Health in Shellharbour and Shoalhaven invites applications for a Mental Health Operations Manager. You will lead the establishment and launch of two current state-of-the-art mental health services across inpatient care for child, adolescent, adult and rehabilitation programs, coordinating across sites.

Reporting to the Mental Health Executive, you will oversee workforce, service development, quality and safety, and financial management while driving change across multiple sites.
