About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our night crew team at Bal Bakes' in Craigieburn, VIC. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee and customer service to our valued customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, vibrant cafe workplace. We’re also looking for a barista/team leader position

What you'll be doing
Preparing high-quality espresso-based beverages and other specialty coffee drinks
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive cafe experience
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Assisting with general cafe duties as required
Team leader duties

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Barista in a cafe or similar hospitality setting
Minimum 1+ years of barista experience required
Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso-based drinks




Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, qualified demeanour
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Availability to work a versatile schedule, including weekends and public holidays, morning & NIGHT (required) shifts as well
Must be AVAILABLE Thursday-Sunday 6pm-10:30pm weekly
