About the role

You will work with dogs of all ages, breeds and personalities within a structured environment focused on enrichment, education, wellbeing and protected canine handling.

Key responsibilities
Handling and supervising groups of dogs
Training and behavioural work
Walking, enrichment and structured activities
Cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards
Supporting daily operations and client interactions
Working both independently and as part of a team

About you
Is kind, patient and calm in nature
Genuinely loves working with dogs
Understands this is physically and mentally demanding work
Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
Is fit, healthy, energetic and adaptable
Demonstrates a fitness level to meet the physical demands of dog handling and supervision
Can think on their feet and remain calm under pressure
Has outstanding communication and teamwork skills
Is reliable, professional and willing to learn




Understands canine body language and safe handling practices
Minimum one year of qualified dog handling experience is required for this position
All candidates must hold valid Australian work rights to be considered for this role
