Pickles Auctions seeks a proactive Team Leader for the Industrial Sales Coordination team in Altona North, VIC.
You will oversee day-to-day coordination, guide and coach staff, and ensure sales processes and customer requirements are delivered efficiently in a rapid-paced industrial setting.
Reporting to the Industrial Sales leader, you will occasionally travel to support stakeholders and customers, with a focus on process improvements, accuracy, and timely outcomes across multiple business units.
