Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our brand current Whitford store, opening late October ****.
You will play a pivotal role alongside the Store Manager and Optometrist to guide the customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispensing, while championing a positive team culture.
You'll lead the team on a 2-day-per-week basis, optimize operations, and ensure every customer interaction is effortless and enjoyable, with ongoing coaching and development.
