Job Description
Sa Health - Flinders And Upper North Local Health Network in Adelaide is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join the Respiratory Out of Hospital Services team on a part time basis (30 HPW).
You will deliver home-based respiratory rehabilitation, airway clearance and community pulmonary rehabilitation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve health, independence and quality of life for people living with chronic respiratory conditions.
