Full Time Site Manager - Commercial Construction

Site Manager – Commercial Construction Project – Mayfield NSW

Structen has an opportunity available for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for an immediate start on a project that has 6 weeks to go. Our current Site Manager is required to take immediate, unexpected personal leave. The project is based in Mayfield NSW and all building works are complete.

The remaining work is all external, civil, roadworks, paving and landscaping.

Experience delivering Commercial projects would be highly regarded, along with current First Aid. If you're local to Mayfield or the surrounding area — even better.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining program timelines, ensuring WHS compliance, and delivering a high-quality project outcome.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:
Solid oral and written English communication skills
Full working rights in Australia




Current driver's licence
Positive computer skills
WHS training and understanding of site safety requirements

Highly Regarded:
Previous Commercial construction experience
Current First Aid certification

This is initially a contract position for this specific project; however, if you're a great fit for our team and culture, there is strong potential for ongoing work on future upcoming projects.
