Estia Health in Ballarat's Mount Explicit is seeking a dedicated Home Leader to drive exceptional care and create a warm, supportive workplace for residents, families and staff. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll lead a committed team and ensure smooth operation and robust resident outcomes.
