The Senior Asset Planning Officer role, based in Melbourne, sits within the Low Rise Planning team of the Asset Lifecycle Planning Unit.
You will develop, maintain and implement full lifecycle asset planning for the public housing portfolio to maximise outcomes for the tenants and the community.
The role applies asset management priorities to optimise long-term performance through renewal, upgrade and maintenance programs.
