Job Description
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) invites applications for a Registered Nurse in the Community Older Persons Mental Health service, Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service.
This permanent full-time position is based at Older Persons Community Mental Health, ESMHS, Randwick, with hours 38 per week, *********, in office.
You will work with a team to provide care to adults 65+ with mental illness in the community, focusing on recovery-oriented practice and coordinated care planning.
