The role focuses on site safety, developing training processes, maintaining documentation and ensuring staff are trained and competent.
The successful candidate will coordinate health, safety and training across the site, write SOPs, support audits and continuous improvement, and collaborate with production and warehouse teams to enforce a robust safety culture.
