Job Description

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit nonprofit and philanthropy specialists to train their language model on qualified documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across grant narratives, donor reports, program logic models, and board briefing decks.

Role requires 4+ years in nonprofit program management or related field, with expert-level document and slide craftsmanship and excellent written communication.
