Marketing Manager (Full time or Part Time)

You're a proactive marketer who enjoys balancing strategy, embracing AI with hands‐on execution and wants to make a visible impact, helping shape the future of a growing Australian business. We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing execution, lead generation initiatives, brand development, digital campaigns, events and customer engagement driving growth.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll play a key role in driving awareness, customer engagement and business growth across multiple customer segments within a growing member based B2B business.

Key responsibilities

Assisting in developing and implementing our 3-year marketing strategy

Developing and implementing annual marketing plans

Executing digital marketing campaigns across email, web and social channels

Managing marketing automation and CRM activities

Coordinating member, supplier and partner marketing programs





Creating content including case studies, articles, videos and customer communications

Managing external agencies, designers and digital partners

Planning and delivering customer and industry events

Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on ROI

Maintaining brand consistency across all channels

About you

3+ years' experience in B2B marketing

Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns

Robust digital marketing and content creation capability

Experience with CRM, Web and email marketing platforms

Robust project management and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
