About the role

Rarity Constructions is seeking a talented and experienced Residential Carpenter to join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD. We perform a range of work on a variety of projects, including stick and pre-fabricated framing, cladding, decking, fix outs and final fits on custom new homes and renovations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting residential construction projects. Our work is predominately within 30 mins of Brisbane CBD centre.

Key responsibilities
Installation of carpentry components to a high, fit for use standard
Ability to interpret and execute construction plans
Problem solving around complexities that arise within a new build or renovation
Mentoring apprentices working with you

About you
At least 2 years of experience as a Residential Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
Residential carpentry experience essential (new builds/ renovations)
Strong attention to detail




Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Tools of the trade
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Certificate 3 in Carpentry
Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
