Job Description

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management in a specialist area. You will lead a 20+ member team, train staff, and drive Service and Operations while reporting to site leadership.

Focus on Best Experience for customers, stock accuracy and solid supplier relationships.

You will manage weekend rosters, ensure safety compliance, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service across the store.
