BlueCare is recruiting a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred community care across Redcliffe and surrounding areas.
You will assess, plan and deliver care on the road, creating and updating care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Applicants must hold full AHPRA registration, have post-registration nursing experience, a valid Australian driver's licence and a suitable vehicle for work.
