Ideagen is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Commercial Legal Services team in Melbourne, supporting the APAC region across a broad range of commercial and contractual matters.
You will partner with internal stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance from negotiation through to contract execution.
In this hybrid role, you will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, identify risks, and help maintain templates and playbooks.
