You will lead a four-person team, deliver high-quality student-focused housing services, and work with Facilities Management, Security and other teams to ensure protected living environments.
With responsibility for planning, budgeting, and performance reporting, you will drive continuous improvement in resident experience while balancing operational demands and staffing needs.
