NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Senior Solicitor in Child Law – Waruuguma Barrmarrany.
The role concentrates on child protection litigation before the Children's Court, with an emphasis on representing the Department for Aboriginal children and families.
You will lead and mentor junior staff, deliver strategic legal advice, and work with caseworkers, courts and external counsel to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.
