NECA Legal / CTI Lawyers, a national firm specializing in construction contracts and disputes, is seeking an ambitious and autonomous solicitor to practice predominantly in commercial litigation with a focus on construction disputes in Western Australia.
You will take charge of adjudication applications in WA and have opportunities to practice across multiple Australian jurisdictions, including security of payment adjudications and higher courts.
