Freedom in Australia is seeking a hands-on Retail Area Lead to drive the performance of multiple Freedom stores across South Australia.
You will lead through Store Managers to grow sales, profitability and customer experience, while shaping regional priorities and contributing to national retail strategy.
You will influence store teams, coach managers and sustain a high-standard customer journey, with autonomy supported by a team-oriented national Retail and People & Culture team.
