Job Description
The State Government of Victoria, Australia, is seeking a Director, People Change and Engagement on a fixed-term SES1 contract in Melbourne's CBD.
Reporting to the Executive Director, People, the role leads the people side of major organisational change.
You will partner with senior leaders to design and deliver change and engagement strategies, prepare teams for current ways of working, and provide evidence-based advice on workforce impacts and risks.
This is a five-year contract.
