Bunnings is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock management for a large store in Australia.
You will lead a team of 50+ and report to the Site Manager, coordinating with Department Managers and Supervisors to deliver excellent customer service and protected operations.
You will drive stock accuracy, safety compliance, and performance across departments while engaging with wider group functions to support long-term growth in the local warehouse
