Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Adelaide seeks a proactive Reception Team Leader to drive service excellence at our club.
You will manage the Reception team, schedule rosters, train recent staff, and promote a culture of high-quality service and engagement.
The role requires 12 months in a similar role, strong people skills, courteous presentation, and the ability to work flexibly across mornings, afternoons, and some weekends to meet member demand.
