Pegasus Leisure Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations across its South East Melbourne venues.
You will work closely with the Venue Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and coach a high-performing team.
This hands-on leadership role covers compliance, gaming operations, stock control, rostering, recruitment and training, with opportunities for career progression across 17 pubs and venues.
