Process debottlenecking and capacity expansion
Strained yoghurt process optimization
CIP optimization and hygienic process improvements
Manufacturing performance improvement
Utility optimization
Factory shutdown preparation and execution support
Commissioning and startup support
Food, dairy, beverage or FMCG experience preferred
Strong site execution and commissioning experience
Ability to work hands-on in a live manufacturing setting
Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
Willingness to be based full-time or at least regular travels in Kiewa, Victoria
