Mable is seeking a CRM Specialist to join the Engagement & Retention team.
This full time role focuses on building and optimising automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
You will partner with Product, Marketing and Data teams to improve journey performance and drive engagement.
You will implement personalised communications, leverage segmentation strategies and measure outcomes to ensure relevant messages at the right time throughout the customer lifecycle.
