Weir in Australia is seeking a results-driven Senior Technical Sales Leader to drive wear solutions across the East region.
You will build strategic relationships with customers, agents and distributors and lead a technically strong sales team.
You will evaluate market conditions, collaborate with product development and manufacturing to tailor applications, manage tenders and forecasts, and travel about one week per month.
A solid background in mining and safety culture is essential.
