Chorus is seeking a Part time Support Worker Multi-Skilled to join the Peel South team in Mandurah.
You will support seniors and NDIS clients at home, delivering tailored person-centered activities based on client preferences.
Required: experience withseniors/disabilities,strong communication, a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
NDIS screening and First Aid may be required.
