About you
You have at least3years' experience providing therapy services and you're passionate about working with children.
You'reconfident working with complexity (e.g.:trauma, comorbidity) and bring strong clinical judgement and boundaries.
You value ongoing personal and professional development, and you seek feedback tocontinuously sharpenyour practice.
You enjoy working collaboratively within a team and contributing to a strong,



supportive practice culture.
You'redown-to-earth, enjoy a good laughandappreciate the opportunity to connect with colleagues You'relooking for a group practice with greatadministrativesupportandclinicalleadership,so you can focus your energy on client work.
Whilst not essential,we'dlovetowelcomeapsychologistexperiencedinsupervisionand/ ormentoringorsomeonewhowouldenjoybuildingtheirskillsinthese areas with the support of great clinical supervisors.
This could involve working towards becoming a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor, whichwe'dbe happy to support!
About the role
This is a part-time or full-time employee opportunity for a psychologist experienced in child therapy who is committed to neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-responsive practice.
The caseload for this role will include approximately 50% child therapy (this can be more if you'd prefer).
The role is available part-time or full-time, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week, at our Canning Vale location.
