As a Consultant, you'll be speaking with prospects who've downloaded our eBooks or registered for our Masterclass.
Your mission?
Drive high-quality strategy sessions by building trust fast and creating urgency around the opportunity.
You won't be chasing leads — you'll be creating value from the first call.

What You'll Be Doing
Speak with warm, marketing-generated leads (no cold calling)
Build trust quickly and drive booked Discovery Sessions with our senior team
Follow a proven structure to hit clear daily KPIs
Apply feedback fast, execute consistently, and show up sharp
Bring energy, professionalism, and ownership to every interaction
You don't need property experience — we'll teach you that.
But you must show up with the right mindset:
You see sales as a skill, not a script.
You want to win, but you're not afraid to work.
You take feedback like an athlete,

What's On Offer
$60K–$80K base salary, depending on experience
OTE of $120K–$160K with uncapped commissions
Full-time, in-office, Monday to Friday
Elite daily training, coaching, and feedback
Career pathway into Specialist or Leadership roles within ***** months
