Provides configuration support and resilience assurance for the LAN/WAN, firewall and load-balancer estate underpinning the BCC platform, including firmware/microcode patching and network topology documentation.
Core Technical Skills:
Cisco routing and switching configuration support
Firewall administration and rule audit support
Load-balancer configuration (e.g., F5 or equivalent ADC platforms)
Network resilience and failover testing
Firmware/microcode/ePackpatch coordination
Key Responsibilities:

Soft Skills & Attributes
Disciplined change-window execution for network changes
Transparent documentation of topology and configuration state

Certifications
CCNA (minimum) with demonstrable CCNP-level working knowledge (Mandatory).
