Goodwill Central Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Lockhart store operations and team.
You will work with the Retail General Manager to guide daily activities, mentor staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
When the GM is away, you'll step in to keep the store running smoothly.
The role requires a hands-on leader with solid organizational and communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
