Junior social media & content coordinator

We're on the hunt for a creative, energetic, and social media-savvy Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone fresh out of university or with under one year of experience, looking to kickstart their career in content creation and social media marketing.
About the role
As the Social Media & Content Coordinator, you'll work closely with our marketing team to manage the day-to-day scheduling and posting of content across our platforms.
You'll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from writing on-brand copy to maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
This is a excellent opportunity to grow your skills while supporting SHE-com's mission to empower female entrepreneurs.
Key responsibilities
Social Media Coordination
Schedule and publish content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Write engaging, on-brand copy for captions, ensuring our voice is authentic, relatable, and aligned with SHE-com's mission.




Work with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars in line with campaign goals and upcoming initiatives.
Monitor social media platforms for engagement opportunities, flagging comments or inquiries for follow-up where needed.
Create content tailored for our Facebook group, fostering interaction and community building.
Community Support
Support the marketing team in responding to comments and inquiries, ensuring our audience feels heard and valued.
Track and log community interactions, helping identify recurring themes or potential areas for improvement.
Assist with basic analytics reporting, gathering data on post-performance and audience engagement.
Administrative Support
Maintain an organised library of content assets, ensuring easy access for the Marketing Manager and other team members.
Assist with administrative tasks related to social media, including campaign tracking and updating project management tools.
Help coordinate partnership content schedules as needed, ensuring timely approvals and posting.
