Job Description
Coral Expeditions, Australia's pioneering cruise line and part of the NRMA Group, is seeking an experienced Chef to manage the galley aboard our expedition ships.
You will ensure timely delivery of quality meals to guests and crew as per the menu plan.
The role requires at least 3 years in a commercial kitchen, knowledge of food cost and portion control, and robust interpersonal and customer service skills.
