About the Role
Habitat Creations is looking for anexperiencedenvironmentalleader to manageourEnvironmentDivision.Reporting to theManager– Field Operations, you'll take ownership of the division's day-to-day operations, safety and commercial performance - but above all, you'll lead people.
You'll manage multiple Leading Hands and their crews, set the standard for workplace culture and safety, develop the capability of your team, and secure a consistent pipeline ofenvironmental contracts and projects.
It's a hands-on senior role for someone who takes genuine pride in building excellent teams and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, communities, and theenvironment.
Key Duties
Lead, develop and growtheEnvironmentfieldteams, including Senior Leading Hands and Leading Hands
Oversee division operations, safety, resourcing, budgets and project delivery




Drive business development and secure a pipeline ofenvironmental contracts and projects
Champion a high-performance, safety-first team culture aligned with our company values

What You'll Bring
10+ years' experience in theenvironmental (or similar) industry
Proven experience leading, developing and managing field-based teams
Senior management experience across planning, budgets, sales and workforce planning
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and sound business acumen
Construction White Card, First Aid Level II, and a current driver's licence
