The role requires hands-on floor leadership, ensuring trades follow SWMS and safety standards on a busy site.
You will build WHS processes as the project scales, work with the on-site Safety Officer, and report to the Project Manager while coordinating with safety staff.
Solid communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.
